Diaz Resources Ltd. (“Diaz” or the “Company”) is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company with reserves, land holdings and production in Canada and the United States. The Company’s principal focus is the exploitation of oil reserves in Alberta and Saskatchewan through horizontal drilling where the majority of the Company’s revenue is being generated. The Company also has natural gas revenues generated in Alberta and Texas.
