Diaz is an oil and gas exploration and development company with land holdings and production in Canada and the United States. The Company's principal business is the exploration for and marketing of natural gas with the majority of the Company's revenue being generated from gas production in Alberta and Texas.

The Company currently focuses its exploration activities on a deep Wilcox gas play in Texas, gas and oil reservoirs in southern Alberta and an oil prospect in the Parkman area of south-eastern Saskatchewan.
