Diaz is an oil and gas exploration and development company with land holdings and production principally focused in Canada.

The Company’s primary business is the development of two heavy oil pools in the general Lloydminster area of western Canada.  In addition, the Company is conducting an active exploration program developing new heavy oil prospects.  To date, the Company has acquired leases on eight additional drillable heavy oil prospects.

The Company’s management is pleased to report that Diaz derived 77% of its revenue in November 2011 from oil compared with 50% for November 2010. Download Corporate Presentation
