Diaz is an oil and gas exploration and development company with land holdings and production in Canada and the United States.

The Company’s principal business since early 2009 has been exploration for and development of heavy oil pools in and around the Lloydminster area of Alberta and Saskatchewan. Diaz currently derives over half of its production revenues from oil.
