Diaz is an oil and gas exploration and development company with land holdings and production in Canada and the United States. The Company’s principal business is the exploration for and marketing of natural gas with the majority of the Company’s revenue being generated from gas production in Alberta and Texas.

The Company’s current focus is on exploring for natural gas along a deep Wilcox trend in Texas. In Canada, Diaz is presently developing oil and gas prospects in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
